How does your on-demand production model work?

Our commitment to thoughtful purchasing means that we produce high-quality products on demand. This approach helps to reduce overproduction and waste, aligning with sustainable practices while providing customers with unique and stylish options.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are required to contact us within 14 days of receiving their item to initiate the return process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the shipping carrier's website.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not fulfill orders outside of the US, including international destinations. 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within a specified timeframe. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it promptly.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
